We Voted!


How exciting...Mom, Dad and I voted together on Tuesday! Look, I even got two stickers from the sweet poll workers (don't worry, I didn't vote twice!). Mom, Dad and I got up early so that we could all go vote as a family on Tuesday morning. We knew there would be a long line...and there sure was. We left so early that Mom didn't even finish getting ready (we all know its not like her to go out without a single stich of makeup...but she did on this day). I was exhilirating though. There was such an excitement in the air that no one minded that they were standing in line at 6:30 a.m.! No matter what party affiliation...It was great to be a part of this historic election.

You guys are definitely patriotic to get up this early! Way to go! Heidi must have been popular at the polls to get two stickers :-) Did she get her free starbucks coffee?
